Weekend in Boca V Registration

The Office Depot Foundation looks forward to welcoming you to Boca Raton, Florida, for the Fifth Annual Weekend in Boca Civil Society Leadership Symposium!  The Symposium will take place at Office Depot Corporate Headquarters, located at 6600 North Military Trail in Boca Raton.

For the convenience of our participants, the following registration options are available:

• Full Symposium - Thursday night reception, Friday sessions and Saturday sessions
• Symposium only - Friday and Saturday sessions
• Thursday/Friday - Thursday night reception and Friday sessions
• Thursday/Saturday - Thursday night reception and Saturday sessions
• Friday sessions only
• Saturday sessions only

Registration for Weekend in Boca V will be available at Office Depot Corporate Headquarters on Friday, March 23, beginning at 7:00 a.m., and on Saturday, March 24, beginning at 7:30 a.m.

Please note: Advance registration is required.  It will not be possible to register on-site at the Symposium.  Registrations will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis until we reach our maximum capacity.  

"It's All Happening at the Zoo"

Thursday, March 22

Weekend in Boca V will begin in a delightful fashion with "It's All Happening at the Zoo" — a wonderful reception and dinner at the award-winning Palm Beach Zoo in West Palm Beach.  The reception will start at 6:00 p.m. and will feature live, up-close-and-personal visits with some of the Zoo's friendliest animals (and their handlers, of course). From 7:00 to 10:00 p.m., participants will enjoy dinner, live music and the opportunity to tour the Zoo's spectacular grounds and exhibits. Each participant is welcome to bring his or her spouse or a guest (advance registration is required).  Motor coach transportation will be provided from the Wyndham Hotel for those who need it, while free parking will be available at the Zoo for those who prefer to drive.

Friday, March 23

The schedule on Friday, March 23, will begin with continental breakfast from 7:30 to 8:30 a.m., followed by morning presentations, a luncheon with keynote speaker Rick Baker — former mayor of St. Petersburg, Fla., and author of The Seamless City — and afternoon presentations. The sessions will conclude by 3:30 p.m. to give everyone time to get ready for the Tropical Springtime Celebration at the Boca West Country Club. Transportation to and from Office Depot Corporate Headquarters and Boca West will be provided for Symposium participants staying at the Wyndham Hotel.

Saturday, March 24

On Saturday, March 24, the day will begin with continental breakfast from 8:00 to 9:00 a.m., followed by morning sessions. The Symposium will conclude at 12:00 p.m.  Transportation to and from Office Depot Corporate Headquarters for Symposium participants staying at the Wyndham Hotel.
