Weekend in Boca VI - Friday, May 17, and Saturday, May 18

As a participant in Weekend in Boca VI, you'll gain insight and knowledge from nationally prominent speakers as well as your peers from other organizations. You will have ample time to network and explore opportunities to collaborate with other non-profits. You'll hear about best practices and how to incorporate them into the important work you do every day. 

There is no charge to attend the Symposium, which is open to all non-profit organization executives and staff, board members, volunteers, business and civic leaders, government officials and anyone with a strong interest in the innovation and collaboration in the non-profit sector.  To view the Symposium agenda, please follow the Schedule and Agenda link. 

The Symposium will take place at Office Depot Corporate Headquarters in Boca Raton.  For out-of-town Symposium participants, rooms at the Wyndham Boca Raton are available at a special conference rate. (See Hotel Information for details.) Please follow the Symposium Registration link to register.

A Special Opportunity for Symposium Participants — Friday, May 17, 2013

 A high point of Weekend in Boca VI will be the Office Depot Foundation’s Listen Learn
 Care Awards Celebration at the magnificent Boca West Country Club. The event will 
 feature:

• Cocktails, a delightful dinner and a decadent dessert buffet
• Presentation of the Foundation’s 2013 Listen Learn Care Awards, which recognize individuals and non-profit organizations for outstanding creativity, innovation and achievement in serving the community of mankind.
• An inspiring keynote presentation by representatives of the “One Heart Project" - which seeks to provide a seconed chance to at-risk and incarcerated youth - including former Clark Kellogg, lead college basketball analyst for CBS Sports and a member of the One Heart Project Executive Board, and Gainesville (Texas) State School football team member Mack White.

Weekend in Boca VI participants may attend the Listen Learn Care Awards Celebration at a discounted price of $75 per person. Please note: After you have registered for the Symposium, you will receive an e-mail with instructions for purchasing tickets to the dinner at the special Weekend in Boca VI price. 

Transportation will be available from the Wyndham Boca Raton to Boca West Country Club for participants in the Symposium who are staying at the Wyndham.
